Muay Thai, also known as “art of eight limbs”, is the four-century old national sport of Thailand. Muay Thai makes use of four of the body’s weapons: legs, knees, elbows and fists. We teach authentic Muay Thai with basic and advanced techniques. We give you unmatched instruction from some of the world’s greatest trainers.

Known as “arte suave” in Portuguese or the “gentle art,” Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling martial art and self-defense system built on the principle that a smaller opponent can be effective against a larger, stronger opponent using leverage, technique and joint-locks or choke holds. Developed by the Gracie family in Brazil, Jiu-Jitsu continues to be a rapidly growing martial art gaining popularity internationally. Practitioners typically wear a “gi” that can be used to grip and manipulate their opponent.
Thai boxers from Holland, created a Dutch style of kickboxing. This class applies Dutch drills to increase your technique in a fight-centric way which increases your applicable method of fight methodology and also with the benefit of body conditioning. For this class, we require approval of the instructor along with 14-16 oz gloves, shin guards, and a mouth piece. The goal is to perform combinations at high intensity with an active partner.
Our strength and conditioning classes are designed to be applicable to any sport and is accessible for all fitness levels. We incorporate plyometric exercises, explosivity, stability, weightlifting, and flexibility through series of circuits. No. We will teach you everything you need to know. We have programs available for all levels, from beginners to professional fighters.
We only offer classes for adults. However, minors aged 16 and above are welcome; we will need a parent or guardian's signature on our waiver and release form.
We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes. For Muay Thai, you are required to have your own gloves and hand wraps. For Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, you are required to have your own Gi. We have all of these for sale at the front desk. For safety reasons, we require that all students wear shin guards during sparring.
Not at all! If fitness is your goal, Muay Thai, Boxing, and Jiu-Jitsu will get you in shape and you never have to fight. The classes are designed so that you are primarily hitting and kicking pads that your partner holds or a heavy bag. If at a later date you would like to begin sparring, that is entirely up to you. Many people train for years and opt to never spar.
